Målet med denne undersøgelse var at formulere teknologier, der muliggør vellykket gen transduktion i primære natural killer (NK) celler. Dextran-medieret lentiviral transduktion af menneskelige eller musen primære NK celler resultater i højere gen expression effektivitet. Denne metode af genet transduktion vil langt forbedre NK celler genetisk manipulation.
