Het doel van deze studie was om formuleren van technologieën die het mogelijk voor succesvolle gene signaaltransductie in primaire natural killer (NK) cellen maken. De dextran-gemedieerde lentivirale transductie van mens of muis primaire NK cellen leidt tot hogere rendementen van gen expressie. Deze methode van gene transductie zal sterk verbeteren NK cel genetische manipulatie.
