Des modèles de souris sont devenus le pilier de la recherche immunologique due à la disponibilité exclusive et vaste d&#39;anticorps diagnostiques et thérapeutiques et les souches consanguines et transgéniques bien définies. la transplantation de la peau est une procédure simple qui ne nécessite pas de compétences particulières de microchirurgie et peutêtre facilement contrôlé postopératoires. Pris ensemble, la transplantation de la peau de la souris a été un outil exceptionnel pour étudier de nombreux aspects impliqués dans la réponse allo, y compris la livraison de l&#39; antigène, le trafic cellulaire, et la destruction des tissus pendant le rejet de greffe 4,5. Ici, nous montrons la procédure étape par étape pour la transplantation de la peau de pleine épaisseur en utilisant le modèle de la souris, et nous décrivons les étapes importantes nécessaires pour une prise de greffe réussie de la peau transplantée.

Murine transplantation pleine épaisseur peau est un modèle in vivo bien établi pour étudier la réponse allo et le rejet de greffe. En dépit de son application limitée à l&#39;homme, la transplantation de la peau chez la souris a été largement utilisé pour la recherche sur la transplantation. La procédure est facile à apprendre et à exécuter, et il ne nécessite pas de techniques de microchirurgie délicates, ni une formation approfondie. De plus, le rejet de greffe dans ce modèle se produit dans une réaction immunologique très reproductible et est aisément contrôlée par inspection directe et palpation. En outre, la transplantation de la peau secondaire avec des greffes de donneurs appariés ou de la peau par des tiers peut être effectuée sur des modèles plus complexes de transplantation comme une méthode alternative et simple pour évaluer la tolérance spécifique du donneur. Les complications sont faibles et sont en général limités à une surdose d&#39;anesthésie ou de détresse respiratoire après la procédure. échec de la greffe, d&#39;autre part, se produit fréquemment par suite d&#39;une mauvaise préparation du grà l&#39;arrière, un mauvais positionnement dans le lit de greffe, ou un emplacement inapproprié de la bande.
