Vorangegangenen Protokolle für intraductal Lieferung wurden für Maus- und Ratten - Milchdrüsen 6, 7, 8, 9 entwickelt. Für Forschungszwecke intraductal Tumorzellinjektionen und den lentiviralen Vektor Lieferung von Onkogenen wurden auch in Tiermodellen durchgeführt wurdenref &quot;&gt; 13, 14, 15, 16. ein Ideal in - vivo - Modell des intraductal Lieferprozesses sollte die Entwicklung neuer Klassen von therapeutischen Verbindungen erlauben jedoch und präklinischen Beurteilung erleichtern. Hier stellen wir minimal-invasive Methoden zur Abgabe von Reagenzien direkt in das Kaninchenbrustkanal und zur Visualisierung der Lieferung selbst mit hochauflösenden Ultraschallbildgebung.

Hier zeigen wir , dass die intraductal Abgabe von Kontrastreagenzien an die Milchgänge eines Kaninchens ohne Verletzung des Gewebes (Abbildung 2) erreicht werden. Bei Kaninchen, vier separate duktalen Systeme laufen an einer Zitze und somit zugegriffen werden kann und einzeln mit dieser Methode abgebildet.
