대 식세포는 면역 체계의 본능적 인 팔에서 유래 한 전문적인 식균입니다. 정상 상태에서, 정착 성 대 식세포는 성인 조직에서 발견되며, 감염 및 조직 손상의 전조선 파수꾼으로 작용합니다. 다른 면역 세포가 골수에 위치한 조혈 모 및 전구 세포 (HSPC)로부터 지속적으로 재생되는 동안, 상주 대 식세포로 알려진 대 식세포의 혈통은 골수 HSPC로부터의 입력없이 조직 내에서 자체 유지되는 것으로 나타났다. 이 혈통은 뇌에있는 미 글로리아 (microglia), 간에서의 쿠퍼 (Kupffer) 세포 및 표피에서의 랑게르한스 (Hangerhans) 세포에 의해 예시된다. 장 및 결장 고유 층은 HSPC- 독립적 인 상주 대 식세포가없는 유일한 성인 조직이다. 최근의 연구에 따르면 상주 대 식세포는 태아 조혈 모세포 (HSC)와는 별개로 존재하는 전구 세포로부터의 난황낭 조혈 (extra-embryonic yolk sac hematopoiesis)에 기원한다. 난황낭 중 명확한 조혈, eRYthromyeloid progenitors (EMP)는 적혈구 및 골수 양 세포, 특히 상주 대 식세포를 일으킨다. EMP는 난황낭 내에서만 E8.5와 E10.5 일 사이에 발생하며 순환이 연결되면 일찍 태아 간으로 이동하여 적어도 E16.5까지 팽창하고 분화한다. 이들의 자손에는 적혈구, 대 식세포, 호중구 및 비만 세포가 포함되지만 EMP에서 유도 된 대 식세포 만 조직에서 성충까지 지속됩니다.
