Détection précise et l&#39; analyse des particules biologiques tels que des cellules, des bactéries ou des virus en suspension dans un liquide est d&#39; un grand intérêt pour une gamme d&#39;applications 1, 2, 3. Eh bien appariés en taille, des dispositifs microfluidiques offrent des avantages uniques à cet effet tels que haute sensibilité, la manipulation de l&#39; échantillon doux et microenvironnement bien contrôlée 4, 5, 6, 7. Nous avons récemment mis en place une technologie de détection d&#39; impulsion résistive multiplexé évolutive et simple appelé microfluidique Coded Orthogonal Détection par détection électrique (CODES microfluidiques) 21. CODES microfluidiques repose sur uneréseau interconnecté de capteurs d&#39;impulsions résistif, chacun consistant en une matrice d&#39;électrodes micro-usinés pour moduler la conduction d&#39;une manière distinguable unique, de manière à permettre le multiplexage. Nous avons spécialement conçu chaque capteur pour produire des signaux électriques orthogonales similaires aux codes numériques utilisés dans la division de code d&#39; accès multiple 22 (CDMA) des réseaux de télécommunication, de sorte que le signal individuel de capteur d&#39;impulsion résistive peut être récupéré uniquement à partir d&#39; une seule forme d&#39; onde de sortie, même si des signaux de différents capteurs interfèrent. microfluidic platform with multiplexed electronic detection for spatial tracking of particles

traitement microfluidique d&#39;échantillons biologiques implique généralement des manipulations différentielles de particules en suspension dans le cadre de divers champs de force afin de fractionner spatialement l&#39;échantillon basée sur une propriété biologique d&#39;intérêt. Pour la distribution spatiale résultante à utiliser comme l&#39;indicateur de dosage, des dispositifs microfluidiques sont souvent soumis à une analyse microscopique nécessite une instrumentation complexe, avec un coût plus élevé et une portabilité réduite. Pour remédier à cette limitation, nous avons développé une technologie intégrée de détection électronique pour la détection multiplex de particules à différents emplacements sur une puce microfluidique. Notre technologie, appelée CODES microfluidiques, combine Pulse Resistive Sensing avec Code Division Multiple Access pour compresser 2D information spatiale en un signal électrique 1D. Dans cet article, nous présentons une démonstration pratique de la technologie CODES microfluidique pour détecter et les cellules cancéreuses en culture de taille répartie sur plusieurs canaux microfluidiques. Commevalidé par la microscopie à haute vitesse, notre technologie peut analyser avec précision les populations de cellules denses tout électronique sans la nécessité d&#39;un instrument externe. En tant que tel, les CODES microfluidiques peuvent potentiellement permettre à des appareils à faible coût intégrés lab-on-a-chip qui sont bien adaptés pour l&#39;analyse d&#39;échantillons biologiques au point de soins.
