Nous avons fait preuve d&#39;une méthode facile pour préparer des films éléctriques et membranes imprégnées sur la base hydrogels zwitterioniques. La disparition de trois (méth) des pics caractéristiques acrylate ( par exemple, 810, 1190 et 1410 cm -1) dans le spectre IR des films de polymère obtenues et de la membrane imprégnée (Figure 2) indique la bonne conversion des monomères et agent de réticulation 4, 19,</...

Il y a un grand besoin de développer des technologies efficaces à faible coût et de l&#39;énergie pour produire de l&#39;eau propre afin de répondre à la demande croissante. Membranes polymères ont émergé comme une technologie de pointe pour la purification de l&#39; eau en raison de leurs avantages inhérents, tels que leur haute efficacité énergétique, à faible coût, et la simplicité dans le fonctionnement 1. Les membranes permettent à l&#39;eau pure pour passer à travers et de rejeter les contaminants. Cependant, les membranes sont souvent soumises à un encrassement par les contaminants présents dans l&#39;eau d&#39;alimentation, qui peuvent être adsorbés sur la surface de la membrane à partir de leurs interactions favorables 2, 3. L&#39;encrassement peut réduire considérablement le flux d&#39;eau à travers les membranes, augmentant la surface de la membrane requise et le coût de purification de l&#39;eau. Une approche efficace pour atténuer l&#39;encrassement consiste à modifier la surface de la membrane pour augmenter l&#39;hydrophilie et de diminuer ainsi le favorableteractions entre la surface de la membrane et de salissures. Une méthode consiste à utiliser le revêtement à film mince avec superhydrophiles 3 hydrogels. Les hydrogels ont souvent haute perméabilité à l&#39;eau; Par conséquent, un revêtement mince film peut augmenter la perméabilité à l&#39;eau à long terme à travers la membrane en raison de l&#39;encrassement mitigée, en dépit de la résistance au transport légèrement augmenté à travers la membrane entière. Les hydrogels peuvent également être fabriqués directement dans des membranes imprégnées d&#39;épuration d&#39;eau dans des applications osmotiques 4. Matériaux zwitterioniques contiennent à la fois positivement et négativement chargées des groupes fonctionnels, avec une charge nette neutre, et ont l&#39; hydratation de la surface solide par liaison hydrogène électrostatique induite par 5, 6, 7, 8, 9. En ajustant la densité de réticulation ou par imprégnation dans des supports poreux hydrophobes, ces matériaux peuvent également former des films minces ayant une résistance mécanique suffisante pour les processus osmotiques, tels que l&#39; osmose directe ou osmose retardée pression 4.

Hydrogels ont été largement utilisés pour améliorer le caractère hydrophile de la surface des membranes pour la purification de l&#39;eau, ce qui augmente les propriétés antisalissure et réalisant ainsi la perméabilité à l&#39;eau stable à travers des membranes au fil du temps.
