Die Festoxid-Brennstoffzelle (SOFC) ist sehr vielversprechend als alternative Energieumwandlungstechnologie für die effiziente Erzeugung von sauberen elektrischer Energie. 1 wurden erhebliche Fortschritte in der Forschung und Entwicklung dieser Technologie hergestellt; jedoch sind Verbesserungen in der Elektrodenleistung noch benötigt zuverlässige Vermarktung zu erreichen. Die Elektrode umfasst häufig ein poröses Keramikgerüst mit elektrokatalytischen Teilchen auf der Gerüstoberfläche eingerichtet. Hohe Temperaturen werden häufig in Mischmetallkeramik um die gewünschte Phase zu bilden, benötigt wird, und diese Vorgehensweise erhält keramische Nanomorphologie während so dass man im Wesentlichen jede Verarbeitungstemperatur zu wählen. Dieses Verfahren beinhaltet die Synthese eines hybriden anorganisch-organischen Propylen- Oxidbasis Gel, mit einer gut definieren Stöchiometrie von Metallionen und das Verhältnis von anorganischen zu organischen Gehalt. Das Gel wird unter Umgebungsbedingungen getrocknet, um ein Xerogel zu bilden. Das Xerogel wird in einer Argonatmosphäre auf die gewünschte Temperatur gesintert. Beim Erhitzen zersetzt sich das organische Komponente hinter einer Kohlenstoff - Vorlage in situ zu verlassen, die für die Dauer des Sinter bleibt. Wir zeigen , ein Verfahren für die Hochtemperatur - Herstellung von porösem, nanostrukturierte Yttriumoxid-stabilisiertes Zirkoniumoxid (YSZ, 8 Mol-% Yttriumoxid - 92 Mol% Zirkonoxid) mit Gerüsten abstimmbaren spezifischen Oberflächen bis zu 80 m 2 · g -1. Eine wässrige Lösung aus einem Zirkoniumsalz, Yttrium-Salz und Glucose mit Propylenoxid (PO) gemischt, um ein Gel zu bilden. Die Kohlenstoffkonzentration wurde unter Verwendung von Template-thermogravimetrischer Analyse (TGA) quantifiziert wurde die Oberfläche und die Porengrößenverteilung durch physikalische Adsorptionsmessungen bestimmt, und die Morphologie wurde unter Verwendung von Rasterelektronenmikroskopie (SEM) charakterisiert. Phasenreinheit und Kristallitgrße wurde unter Verwendung von Röntgenbeugung (XRD) bestimmt.
