Wij presenteren een methode om DNA-methylering te kwantificeren op basis van de 5-methylcytosine (5-mC) dot blot. We bepalen de 5-mC niveaus tijdens chondrocyten dedifferentiatie. Deze eenvoudige techniek kan gebruikt worden om snel het chondrocytfenotype in ACI-behandeling te bepalen.
