Autologous chondrocyte implantation (ACI)은 관절 연골 결손을 치료하는 비교적 새로운 최첨단 절차입니다 1 , 2 . ACI의 중요한 단계 중 하나는 체외에서 단일 층 배양 을 통한 연골 세포의 증폭이다. 증폭 과정에서 유리 연골 세포는 쉽게 표현형을 잃어서 탈분화되어 ACI 치료에 바람직하지 못하다. ACI 치료의 결과를 최적화하기 위해, 연골 세포의 탈분화 정도를 재 접종 전에 결정해야합니다. 연골 세포의 상태를 결정하는 경제적이며 신속한 방법을 확립하는 것이 필수적입니다. 최근에 DNA 메틸화와 연골 세포 탈분극의 연관성이 주목을 받고있다 4 , 5 , 6 . DNA methylation은 wh의 과정이다.1 차 메틸기가 DNA에 추가되어 시토신 잔기가 5- 메틸 시토신 (5-mC)으로 전환됩니다. 연골 세포 탈분화의 DNA 메틸화 생물학을 밝히기 위해, 첫 번째 단계는 지금까지 도전적인 것으로 입증 된 연골 세포의 DNA 메틸화 수준을 평가하는 것입니다.
