Awake filling cystometry는 자유롭게 움직이는 생쥐에서 방광 기능을 평가하기 위해 오랫동안 사용되어 왔지만 사용 된 특정 방법은 실험실마다 다릅니다. 이 연구의 목적은 깨어 있고 자유롭게 움직이는 마우스에서 방광 내강을 이식하는 데 사용 된 미세 수술 절차와 방광 압력을 기록하기위한 실험 기술을 설명하는 것이 었습니다. 또한, 수술 데이터뿐만 아니라 튜브 유형과 크기가 낮은 요로 기능과 녹음 감도에 영향을 보여주는 실험 데이터가 제공됩니다. 압력 기록에 대한 튜브 지름의 영향은 폴리에틸렌 및 폴리 우레탄 튜브 내에서 상이한 내경을 가지고 평가되었다. 결과적으로 두 재료의 최고 성능 튜브를 수컷 C57BL / 6 마우스 방광의 돔에 외과 적으로 이식 하였다. 수술 후 2, 3, 5, 7 일 동안 건강한 손상되지 않은 동식물에 12 시간 동안 밤새 배뇨 횟수가 기록되었다. 수확시 bladders w총 관찰을 사용하여 부종의 징후를 평가 한 후 병리학 적 분석을 위해 처리했다. 가장 큰 방광 팽창 정도가 2 및 3 일에 관찰되었으며, 이는 방광 기능이 현저하게 손상된 행동 배뇨 데이터와 상관 관계가 있었다. 5 일째, 방광 조직학 및 배뇨 빈도가 정상화되었다. 우리 연구에서 제공 한 문헌 및 증거에 근거하여, 우리는 깨어있는 마우스의 intravesical pressure와 void volume의 생체 내 기록을 위해 다음과 같은 단계를 제안합니다 : 1) 수술 현미경과 미세 수술 도구를 사용하여 수술 수행 2) 폴리에틸렌 -10 3) 수술 후 5 일째 방광 팽창이 해소되었을 때 방광 조영술을 시행하십시오.
