Dette arbejde beskriver en nanoimprinting litografi metode til at fremstille høj kvalitet sensing arrays, der virker på princippet om ekstraordinær optisk transmission. Biosensor er lave omkostninger, robust, nem at bruge, og kan afsløre hjertets troponin I serum ved klinisk relevante koncentrationer (99th percentil cutoff ∼10-400 pg/mL, afhængigt af analysen).
