CNTs와 GNPs는 최대 5g / L의 농도로 물에 첨가 될 수 있으며 고출력 초음파 셀을 통해 재순환 될 수 있습니다. 세포 내로의 오존의 동시 주입은 탄소 나노 물질을 점진적으로 산화시키고, 결합 된 초음파 처리는 응집체를 분해하고 즉시 새로운 물질을 기능화를 위해 노출시킨다. 준비된 분산액은 전기 영동 증착 (EPD)을 사용하여 고체 기판에 박막을 증착하는 데 이상적입니다. 수성 분산 물로부터의 CNT 및 GNP는 계층 적 복합 재료의 제조를 위해 EPD를 사용하여 탄소 및 유리 강화 섬유를 코팅하는데 용이하게 사용될 수있다.
