Eine vielversprechende Technik, um Gewebe zu generieren baut ohne Verwendung von Matrix an Zellkulturen in simulierter Schwerelosigkeit Zustand ist. Mit einem rotierenden Kultursystem, untersuchten wir Wachstum der Follikel und Eizellreifung Follikel überleben, Morphologie, Wachstums-und Eizelle Funktion unter der Bedingung der simulierten Schwerelosigkeit.
