Les hydrogels sont des réseaux polymères à trois dimensions (3D) qui ne peuvent se dissoudre mais peuvent gonfler dans des solutions aqueuses 1 . Les réseaux polymères ont des domaines hydrophiles (qui peuvent être hydratés pour fournir la structure hydrogel) et une conformation réticulée (ce qui peut empêcher l&#39;effondrement du réseau). Divers procédés ont été étudiés pour la préparation d&#39;hydrogels, tels que la polymérisation en émulsion, la copolymérisation anionique, la réticulation des chaînes polymères voisines et la polymérisation en micro-émulsion inverse 2 . La réticulation physique et chimique est introduite par ces méthodes pour obtenir des hydrogels structurellement stables 1 , 3 . La réticulation chimique nécessite normalement la participation de l&#39;agent de réticulation, qui relie l&#39;ossature ou la chaîne latérale des polymères. Les oxydes de fer de taille nanométrique répondent instantanément au champ magnétique et se comportent comme des atomes superparamagnétiques. Le processus de synthèse est décrit et illustré à la figure 1 . Au lieu de la copolymérisation compliquée et de la réticulation chimique, la nouvelle émulsion induite par la température de PNIPAAm suivie d&#39;une réticulation physique a été utilisée pour l&#39;obtention des microgels sans tensioactif supplémentaire ou agents de réticulation. Cela a simplifié la synthèse et empêché la toxicité indésirable. Les microgels de poly ( N- isopropylacrylamide) (PNIPAAm) / Fe 3 O 4 -NH 2 magnétiquement et thermiquement sensibles avec la curcumine anticancéreuse encapsulée (Cur) ont été conçus et fabriqués pour la libération déclenchée magnétiquement. Des microgels magnétiques à base de PNIPAAm avec une structure sphérique ont été produits par une émulsion induite par la température suivie d&#39;une réticulation physique en mélangeant des nanoparticules magnétiques PNIPAAm, polyéthylénimine (PEI) et Fe 3 O 4 -NH 2 . Ce manuscrit décrit la préparation de microgels magnétiques et thermosensibles via une émulsion induite par la température sans réaction chimique. Ces microgels sensibles ont été synthétisés en mélangeant des nanoparticules de poly ( N- isopropylacrylamide) (PNIPAAm), de polyéthylénimine (PEI) et de Fe 3 O 4 -NH 2 pour une utilisation potentielle dans la libération de médicament déclenchée thermiquement et thermiquement.
