magnetic and thermal-sensitive poly(n-isopropylacrylamide)-based microgels for magnetically triggered controlled release

Os microgéis de poli ( N- isopropilacrilamida) (PNIPAAm) / Fe 3 O 4 -NH 2 magnéticamente e termicamente sensíveis com a curcumina anticancerosa encapsulada (Cur) foram concebidos e fabricados para libertação com disparo magnético. Os microgéis magnéticos baseados em PNIPAAm com uma estrutura esférica foram produzidos através de uma emulsão induzida por temperatura seguida de reticulação física por mistura de nanopartículas magnéticas PNIPAAm, polietilenimina (PEI) e de Fe 3 O 4 -NH 2 . Magnetic and Thermal-sensitive PolyN-isopropylacrylamide-based Microgels for Magnetically Triggered Controlled Release

Este manuscrito descreve a preparação de microgeles magnéticos e sensíveis ao calor através de uma emulsão induzida por temperatura sem reação química. Estes microgéis sensíveis foram sintetizados misturando nanopartículas de poli ( N- isopropilacrilamida) (PNIPAAm), polietilenimina (PEI) e de Fe 3 O 4 -NH 2 para o uso potencial em liberação de fármaco acionada magneticamente e termicamente.
