1. 启动过程
<ol><li>参数设置和氧化剂注射<ol>
<li>利用反馈系统 (pid) 设置环境室的物理参数。将差压设置为 4 pa (30 mtorr)。当压力过高或过低时, 电磁阀打开或关闭, 以在设定的范围内调整袋子的压力。</li>
		<li>打开臭氧发生器, 通过紫外线灯传递干燥的空气, 产生臭氧流动。将流量设置为 0.1 lpm, 使其达到 hec 内最终臭氧浓度的 100 ppb。打开臭氧监视器并激活相应的软件。</li>

</ol>2. 种子颗粒生产
注: 在种子颗粒注射之前, 初始颗粒浓度低于1厘米-3。
<ol><li>硫酸盐种子颗粒的生产<ol>
<li>将准单分散干硫酸盐颗粒注入袋中, 既能更好地模拟环境条件, 又能作为二次有机物质凝结生长的介质。种子颗粒的注入如下所示。</li>
		<li>将硫酸铵 (0.01 g) 溶解在高纯度水中 (18 mL * cm), 在100毫升体积瓶中制备 (NH4)2SO4 溶液 (0.1 g *l-1)。</li>
		<li>使用雾化器以 3 slpm 的流速产生 (NH4)2SO4 气溶胶颗粒。</li>

	</ol>

	<li>种子颗粒的选择和袋注射<ol>
<li>通过双极充电器 (85kr) 和差分移动分析仪 (dma) 传递气溶胶流量, 以选择粒子, 并通过电动移动性准备准单点分布。在10:3 的 dma 中使用鞘-气溶胶流, 从而拓宽了传输功能。根据实验的不同, dma 下的粒子所选择的电动移动直径从50纳米到150纳米不等。典型的数字集中范围从 4, 000 到 8, 000 厘米-3。</li>
		<li>以 3 slpm 的流速将准单分散气溶胶送入袋子。使用扫描移动性粒子切割器 (smps) 监视从袋子中流出的粒子。等待种子颗粒的大小分布变得稳定。由于弯曲管以及袋子上的静态电荷造成的颗粒损失是最小的, 特别是对于本实验中使用的颗粒尺寸 (大于 100 nm)29,30。</li>

</ol>3. 注入气相前体
<ol><li>气相前体的注射<ol>
<li>使用注射器提取1.00 毫升的异戊烯溶液。在最后取出之前, 用溶液冲洗注射器三次。</li>
		<li>将注射器放入注射器注射器中。通过橡胶密封将针尖插入圆底瓶 (25 毫升)。通过加热胶带将烧瓶预热至90±1°c。打开注射器注射, 并将其设置为适当的值 (1.1 至 4.4μl * 分钟-1)。通过控制注射器注射率, 根据不同实验调整前体的气相浓度。对于长时间的实验, 请根据需要刷新注射器。</li>
		<li>引入 2 slpm 的净化空气流, 蒸发并带走在圆底瓶中注入的异戊烷。空气的流动足够大, 注射器尖端的无柄液滴被蒸发, 而不是滴入烧瓶。因此, 气相前体的浓度保持稳定。</li>

</ol>4. 仪器测量
注: 异戊烯和紫外光的结合导致在硫酸盐种子颗粒上产生二次有机材料。
<ol><li>离开袋子的粒子的直径分布<ol>
<li>使用防静电管对从袋子流出的电流进行采样。</li>
		<li>启动气溶胶测量软件, 并通过单击 "创建新文件" 创建一个新文件。每个参数都设置如下图3所示。点击"确定"按钮, 记录从袋子中流出的粒子的数字直径分布。</li>
	</ol>
</li>
	<li>有机颗粒物的化学特性。<ol>
<li>打开袋子内不锈钢的取样阀。在高分辨率飞行时间气溶胶质谱仪 (hr-tof-ams) 中采样的气溶胶流动。</li>
		<li>按面板左下角的 "获取"按钮启动数据采集软件 (图 4)。在实验过程中记录了有机 pm 的高分辨率质谱。还得到了总的有机质量浓度。</li>

</ol>5. 实验结束和袋清洗

	<li>在几天的时间里, 不断地将40升的纯净空气注入袋子里。打开所有紫外线灯。将臭氧浓度设置为 600 ppb, 并将温度设置为40°c。这样, 一个积极的氧化环境保持了几天, 以擦洗袋。当腔内颗粒的数量浓度小于0.2 厘米-3 时, 腔内被认为是干净的, 可用于下一个实验。</li>
