추간판 변성은 전 세계적으로 허리 통증과 주요 장애 원인의 발전에 중요한 기여를합니다. 척추 디스크 퇴행의 수많은 동물 모델이 개발되었습니다. 이상적인 동물 모델은 형태학, 생체 역학적 특성 및 척색 세포의 부재와 관련하여 인간 추간 원판을 가깝게 모방해야합니다. 양의 요추 추간판 모델은 이러한 기준을 충족시킵니다. 우리는 측면 후 복막 접근법을 통해 드릴 비트 손상을 이용한 양성 추간판 퇴행 모델을 제시합니다. 측방 접근법은 양측 척추에 대한 전통적인 전방 접근법과 관련된 절개 및 잠재적 이환율을 크게 감소시킵니다. drill-bit 손상 방법을 사용하면 일정한 정도의 추간 원판 퇴행을 일으키는 일관되고 재현성있는 정확한 치수의 상해를 일으킬 수 있습니다. 환형의 초점 성질그리고 핵 터널의 추간판 탈출증의 임상 적 상태를보다 밀접하게 흉내 낸다. 양은이 절차에 따라 신속하게 회복되며 일반적으로 이동식이며 1 시간 이내에 먹습니다. 추간판 변성이 일어나고 양은 8 주부터 부검 및 후속 분석을받습니다. 우리는 추간 판 변성의 drill bit injury 모델이 더 일반적인 고리 모양 손상 모델보다 이점을 제공한다고 믿는다.
