دور رناس طويلة غير المشفرة (لكرناس) في السرطان يأتي إلى الصدارة بسبب الاهتمام المتزايد في فهم وظائفهم الميكانيكية خلال تطور السرطان والتقدم. وعلى الرغم من ذلك، لم يتم التحقيق جيدا في التنظيم الجيني العالمي من لكرناس والتسلسلات المتكررة في السرطان، ولا سيما في سرطان الدم الليمفاوي المزمن (كل). وتركز هذه الدراسة على نهج فريد من نوعه: القبض على المناعي القائم على المزدوج تقطعت بهم السبل، شظايا الحمض النووي ميثليته باستخدام الميثيل ملزم المجال (مبد) البروتينات، تليها تسلسل الجيل القادم (مبد-سيق). تم في هذه الدراسة استخدام عينات المريض التي تنتمي إلى المجموعتين الفرعيتين النذيرتين (5 عينات متحولة من إيغف + 5 عينات غير مقيسة من إيغف). وقد كشف التحليل عن وجود 5،800 فرط مثلي و 12،570 من الجينات المميثلة المفرومة (كلدمغس) ذات ال هايبومثيلات مقارنة بالضوابط الصحية الطبيعية. الأهم من ذلك، حددت هذه النتائج عدة كل محددة، ليكرناس ميثليته مختلفة، إعادةالعناصر الجينية، وجينات ترميز البروتين مع قيمة النذير المحتملة. ويحدد هذا العمل بروتوكولا مفصلا لخط أنابيب مب-أدق ومعلوماتية أحيائية تم تطويره لتحليل شامل لمحات الميثيل العالمية في المناطق الغنية ب كبغ باستخدام عينات المريض كل. وأخيرا، تم التحقق من الجينات ترميز البروتين و لكرنا باستخدام بايروسكنسينغ، وهو طريقة كمية للغاية لتحليل مستويات مثيلة كبغ لمزيد من إثبات النتائج من بروتوكول مبد-سيق.
