Klinik uygulamadan önce aşağıdakileri sağlamak önemlidir: i) otolog bir kök / progenitör hücresi kaynağına erişmek ve genişletmek için bir yöntem ve ii) bunları ilgili, olgun hücre tiplerine yönlendiren bir araç 3 . Omurilik yaralanması için hücre tedavisine olan ilgimiz yetişkin dokulardan nöral progenitörlerin sağlam, otolog bir hücre kaynağı aramamıza neden oldu. MSC&#39;lerin bir alt popülasyonu nöral krestten kaynaklanır ve kemik iliğinden kolaylıkla erişilebilir durumdadır. Bu hücreler nöronlar ve glia üretebilen sinir öncüleridır 5 . Serebral iskemi hayvan modelleri, hipoksinin prol<html> Beyinde nöral progenitörlerin çıkarımı ve multipotansı 6 . Bu, kemik iliği kaynaklı nöral progenitörlerin üzerine genişleme aracı olarak hipoksik ön koşullanmayı kullanma temelini oluşturdu. Elde edilen olgun Schwann hücreleri , in vitro 7 , 9 ve in vivo 10&#39;da kadere bağlı ve ispat fonksiyonudur. MSC&#39;lerden nöral progenitörlerin zenginleştirilmesi için protokolümüz basit ve etkili olup sonraki tahliller için hücre sayısının artmasına neden olur. Kader kaynaklı Schwann hücrelerinin kokültür platformu vasıtasıyla türetilmesi, glial farklılaşmanın incelenmesine ve potansiyel klinik uygulama için stabil ve fonksiyonel Schwann hücrelerinin oluşturulmasına izin verir.

Bu el yazması, kemik iliği stromal hücresi (MSC) popülasyonundan nöral progenitörler için zenginleştirmek ve bundan sonra olgun Schwann hücre kaderini yönlendirmek için bir araç tanımlamaktadır.
