Dit manuscript beschrijft de experimentele procedure en software analyse voor een bidirectionele integratie site analyse die tegelijkertijd upstream en downstream vector-host junction DNA kan analyseren. Bidirectionele PCR producten kunnen worden gebruikt voor elk downstream sequencing platform. De resulterende gegevens zijn bruikbaar voor een high-throughput, kwantitatieve vergelijking van geïntegreerde DNA-doelen.
