Paraplegia는 흉 복부 대동맥 동맥류 수술의 치명적인 합병증입니다. 이것은 대동맥의 교차 클램핑 및 언 클램핑 중에 발생하는 척수 허혈 - 재관류 손상으로 발생합니다. 1 , 2 , 3 , 4 척수를 보호하기 위해 전신 저체온 및 뇌척수액 배출을 포함한 몇 가지 전략이 도입되었지만 부상을 입은 환자는 많습니다. 몇 가지 동물성 척수 허혈 모델이 병인 발생을 조사하고 손상에 대한 방호 전략을 고안하기 위해 도입되었습니다. 본 연구에서는 Taira와 Marsala의 방법을 바탕으로 척수 허혈 모델을 제시 하였다. 5 쥐의 척수 순환 시스템은 인간의 척수 혈관 및 담보 시스템과 매우 유사, 크기에 약간의 차이가 있지만 및위치. 도 6,도 7은 이와 같이, 래트 척수 허혈의 발병, 합병증 치료를 조사하는 실험 모델 활용 해부학 적합한 동물이다. 또한,이 척수 허혈 모델은 흉부 대동맥의 혈관 내 풍선 폐쇄를 이용하여 최소한의 개입으로 신뢰할 수있는 대동맥 폐쇄를 생성합니다. 본 연구에서 우리는이 척수 허혈 모델이 대동맥 폐색 시간에 따라 다르게 나타나는 재현성 운동 장애를 뒷다리에서 유도한다는 것을 보여 주었다.

<html> 척수 허혈은 흉 복부 대 동맥류 수술 후 치명적인 합병증입니다. 연구원은 척수 허혈의 실험 모델을 사용하여이 합병증을 예방하고 치료하기위한 전략을 조사 할 수 있습니다. 여기에 설명 된 모델은 쥐의 척수 허혈 모델에서 흉부 대동맥 폐색 후 교합 길이와 관련된 다양한 마비 정도를 보여줍니다. 2-Fr. 카테터 팁이 마취 된 수컷 Sprague-Dawley 쥐의 왼쪽 쇄골 하 동맥에 위치 할 때까지 풍선 팁 카테터를 대퇴 동맥을 통해 하행 흉부 대동맥으로 전진시켰다. 카테터 풍선을 팽창시켜 척수 허혈을 유도 하였다. 설정된 폐색 후 (9, 10, 또는 11 분), 풍선은 수축되었다. 수술 후 24 시간에 운동 부족 지수를 이용하여 신경 학적 검사를 시행하고 조직 병리학 적 검사를 위해 척수를 수확 하였다. jove_content &quot;&gt; 대동맥 폐쇄 9 분을받은 쥐는 뒷다리에서 가벼우면서 가역적 인 운동 장애를 보였습니다. 대동맥 차단 10 분을받은 쥐는 중등도이지만 가역적 인 운동 장애를 보였습니다. 대동맥 차단 11 분을받은 쥐는 완전하고 영구적이었습니다 척수 절편의 운동 신경 세포는 대동맥 폐색 기간이 짧은 래트에서 더 많이 보존되었다. 연구원은이 척수 허혈 모델을 사용하여 흉부 대동맥 폐쇄 후 재현 가능한 뒷다리 운동 장애를 달성 할 수 있습니다.

척수 허혈의 기간 동안 9 분 (n = 3), 10 분 (n = 3) 또는 11 분 (n = 3) 동안 대동맥 폐쇄가 수행되었다. 쥐의 운동 결핍 지수를 표 2에 나타내었다. 대동맥 폐색 9 분을받은 랫드는 뒷다리에서 경미하고 가역적 인 운동 장애를 보였다. 10 분간 대동맥 폐색을받은 래트는 중등도의 운동 장애를 보였으 나 완전한 마비가 아님. 11 분간의 폐색 시간을 보인 쥐는 완전하고 지속적인 마비를 보였다. <p class="jove_...
