Protein-protein etkileşimleri anlayış hücresel sinyal cascades ve tanımlayıcı roman yol bileşenleri ve protein dynamics için önemlidir. Hücresel aktiviteler çoğunluğu proteinler arasındaki fiziksel etkileşim gerektirir.
