Analyser af svovl-isotopsammensætning (δ34S) af pyrit fra metan-bærende sedimenter har typisk fokus på bulk prøver. Her, anvendte vi sekundære ion masse spektroskopi til at analysere δ34S værdier af forskellige pyrit generationer til at forstå pyritization diagenetic historie.
