transcanalicular diode laser-assisted dacryocystorhinostomy for the treatment of primary acquired nasolacrimal duct obstruction

Infrasaccal 기본 인수 비누 덕트 방해 (PANDO)의 치료에 오늘날의 황금 표준 외부 dacryocystorhinostomy (DCR), recanalizing 치료의 실패 후 수행할 수 있는 상대적으로 침략 적 절차입니다. 그러나, 다이오드 레이저 기술 분야에서 진행, 새로운 접근은 등장 했습니다. 레이저를 이용한 transcanalicular DCR 후속 bicanalicular 실리콘 삽 관 법으로 가능한 최소한 침략 적 절차로 큰 약속을 보여주는 새로운 옵션입니다. 코 구멍에서 영구 내 시경 영상 제어, 다이오드 레이저 섬유 눈물 주머니에 삽입 하 고 레이저 에너지 눈물 주머니와 코 구멍 사이 뼈 ostium 만드는 적용 됩니다. 아니 피부 절 개 할 필요가 있기 때문이 방법의 장점은 살려주는 피부 뿐 아니라 중간 종을 구조와 생리 적 종을 canalicular 펌프 메커니즘의 구성. 수술 뿐만 아니라 reconvalescence의 기간은 일반적으로 외부 DCR과 보다 짧은입니다. 합병증 등 실리콘 튜브 탈출, 가벼운 붓기 및, 드물게, canalicular 감염 및 열 상해. 1 기능 성공률, 증상 및 ostium patency의 완전 한 해상도로 정의 높은, 아직 외부 DCR의 뒤에 범위. 그러나, 레이저를 이용한 DCR의 실패 후 2 차 외부 DCR은 어려움 없이 수행할 수 있습니다. 따라서, 레이저를 이용한 transcanalicular DCR recanalization 절차 및 외부 DCR 전에 실패 후 두 번째 단계 절차로 간주 되어야 하는 유효한 옵션입니다.

최적의 결과:
