Denne protokol beskriver fabrikation af kombineret elastisk 3D makroporøs microcryogels ved at integrere microfabrication med cryogelation teknologi. Efter indlæsning med celler, er 3D microtissues genereret, som kan være let injiceres in vivo til at lette regenerativ terapi eller samlet i arrays for in vitro- høj overførselshastighed stof screening.
