培養皿やウェル プレートなどの平面的な 2次元 (2 D) 表面に従来の携帯文化はほとんどのネイティブ状態に近い細胞の挙動を引き出すことができます。様々 な種類の細胞、細胞外マトリックス三次元 (3 D) アーキテクチャ1,2,3 の生理活性の可溶性因子を構成するネイティブの細胞微小の正確な反復、4、、リニアアクチュエータ組織体外組織工学・再生医学のアプリケーションの構築に不可欠な基礎的生物学および創薬探索5,6,7 ,8,9。
2 D の細胞培養の代わりに生体模倣マイクロ アーキテクチャを事前に 3 D 細胞培養を用い、培養細胞の機能。人気の 3 D 細胞培養法は、集計細胞スフェロイド7,8,9,10にすることです。細胞スフェロイドは、高度な細胞保存と分散した細胞の注入と比較する生存と負傷者の組織に注入できること。ただし、非一様回転楕円体サイズと注入中に流体せん断力によって細胞に課された必然的な機械的損傷が悪い細胞治療効果11,12,13に します。同様に、回転楕円体の集計中に固有の不均一 3 D 細胞を用いた高スループット薬剤のスクリーニングの挑戦10への翻訳をしました。
