De koppeling techniek beschreven in dit werk zorgt voor vorm-anisotrope cadmium Chalcogeniden nanodeeltjes die kan ondergaan cation exchange met Ag+ te worden samengevoegd, facet-naar-facet, in assemblages zoals lineaire ketens of vertakte netwerken. Gebrek aan goed verspreide, uitgebreide verzamelingen van gekoppelde nanodeeltjes facet-naar-facet vormen is vaak vanwege twee redenen: (i) de ODPA is niet goed in het NR-bevattende oplossing, die kan worden aangepakt door het mengsel voor de voorgeschreven sonica...

De gestuurde vergadering van colloïdale halfgeleider NCs biedt een synthetische weg om de fabricage van nanostructuren waarvan de fysisch-chemische eigenschappen ofwel zijn de collectieve som van dan wel radicaal verschillend van hun individuele NC bouwstenen1 , 2 , 3 , 4. onder de verschillende benaderingen van de vergadering van de nanoparticle, de methode van georiënteerde bijlage - in welke NCs zijn in wezen gesmolten met elkaar - opvalt als een waarmee interparticle elektronische koppeling. Conventionele georiënteerde bijlage vereist echter meestal het delicate evenwicht deeltje dipool - ligand- en op basis van oplosmiddel interacties die over het algemeen moeilijk uit te voeren en te maken die van toepassing zijn naar andere systemen voor NC.
We hebben onlangs een NAT-chemische methode covalent vorm-anisotrope cadmium Chalcogeniden NCs toetreding door de invoering van een reactieve anorganische intermediair door een site-selectieve nucleatie proces ontwikkeld. De deeltjes worden vervolgens verbonden door de spontane fusie van de reactieve anorganische tussenliggende domeinen5. Hoewel de techniek is nog steeds gebaseerd op een mechanisme georiënteerde bijlage, is er veel minder nodig te overwegen van zwakke interparticle interacties, waardoor meer flexibiliteit en controle. De koppeling van vorm-anisotrope cadmium Chalcogeniden NCs wordt uitgevoerd door eerste het omzetten van hun tip facetten naar zilveren Chalcogeniden via een proces van gedeeltelijke cation exchange (in oplossing); Dit wordt gevolgd door de selectieve opheffing van liganden passiveren van het oppervlak. De NCs kom dan samen via de fusie van de facetten van de blootgestelde zilveren Chalcogeniden, resulterend in vergaderingen van cadmium Chalcogeniden NCs die zijn gekoppeld end-to-end.
In dit protocol, we laten zien dat de koppeling techniek kan worden toegepast op een scala aan vorm-anisotrope cadmium Chalcogeniden NCs (dat wil zeggen, CdSe-geplaatste cd's NRs en CdSe-geplaatste CdSe NRs of TPs), opbrengst lang lineaire NR ketens of zeer vertakte TP netwerken. Deze resultaten suggereren dat de techniek kan worden uitgebreid naar een grote verscheidenheid van NC vormen en metalen chalcogenides vatbaar voor Zilveren cation exchange.

facet-to-facet linking of shape-anisotropic colloidal cadmium chalcogenide nanostructures

Hier beschrijven we een protocol waarmee covalent en site-specifically gekoppeld via hun einde facetten, voor vorm-anisotrope cadmium Chalcogeniden nanokristallen (NCs), zoals nanostaafjes (NRs) en tetrapods (TPs), wat resulteert in polymeer-achtige lineair of vertakte kettingen. De koppeling procedure begint met een catie-uitwisselingsproces waarin de facetten van de einde van de Chalcogeniden van de cadmium NCs worden eerst geconverteerd naar zilveren Chalcogeniden. Dit wordt gevolgd door de selectieve opheffing van liganden aan hun oppervlak. Dit resulteert in cadmium Chalcogeniden NCs met zeer reactieve zilveren Chalcogeniden einde facetten die spontaan zekering bij met elkaar contact, aldus een interparticle facet-naar-facet-bijlage.
