La liaison technique décrite dans cet ouvrage permet de nanoparticules de chalcogénure forme anisotropie de cadmium qui peuvent subir d’échange cationique avec Ag+ à assembler, facette-à-facette, dans des assemblys, tels que des chaînes linéaires ou ramifiés de réseaux. L’Assemblée dirigée de semi-conducteurs colloïdal NCs offre un cheminement synthétique pour la fabrication de nanostructures dont les propriétés physicochimiques sont soit la somme collective d’ou radicalement différents de leurs blocs de construction de NC individuels1 , 2 , 3 , 4. parmi les différentes approches de nanoparticules Assemblée, la méthode de fixation orientée - dans lequel NCs sont fusionnés essentiellement entre eux - se distingue comme celui qui permet de couplage électronique interparticulaires. Cependant, fixation orientée conventionnelle nécessite généralement l’équilibre délicat entre des particules dipôle, ligand et interactions à base de solvant qui sont généralement difficiles à exécuter et à rendre applicable aux différents systèmes de NC.
Nous avons récemment mis au point une méthode chimique humide de rejoindre par covalence cadmium forme anisotropie chalcogénure NCs en introduisant un intermédiaire réactif inorganique à travers un processus de nucléation site sélectif. Les particules sont liés par la suite de la fusion spontanée des réactifs inorganiques domaines intermédiaires5. Bien que la technique est toujours basée sur un mécanisme de fixation orientée, il y a beaucoup moins besoin d’examiner les interactions interparticulaires faibles, ce qui permet plus de flexibilité et de contrôle. La liaison du cadmium forme anisotropie chalcogénure NCs est effectuée en premier convertissant leurs facettes Astuce argent chalcogénure via un processus d’échange de cations partielle (en solution) ; elle est suivie de l’élimination sélective des ligands passivation de la surface. Les NCs puis sont réunissent par l’intermédiaire de la fusion des facettes chalcogénure argent exposés, résultant dans des assemblys de cadmium chalcogénure NCs liés-to-end.
Dans ce protocole, nous démontrons que la technique de liaison peut être appliquée à une variété de forme-anisotrope cadmium chalcogénure NCs (c.-à-d., graines CdSe CdS NRs et graines CdSe CdSe SNR ou TPs), chaînes productives de NR long linéaires ou très ramifiée TP réseaux. Ces résultats suggèrent que la technique peut être étendue à une grande variété de formes de NC et métalliques chalcogénures susceptibles d’argent échangeuse de cations.

facet-to-facet linking of shape-anisotropic colloidal cadmium chalcogenide nanostructures

Nous décrivons ici un protocole qui permet pour la forme-anisotrope cadmium chalcogénure nanocristaux (NCs), tels que nanotiges (SNA) et les tétrapodes (TPs), lié par covalence et relativement via leurs facettes fin, entraînant comme polymère linéaire ou ramifié chaînes. La procédure de liaison commence par un processus d’échange de cations dans lequel les facettes de la fin de la cadmium chalcogénure NCs sont convertis en argent chalcogénure. Elle est suivie de l’élimination sélective des ligands à leur surface. Cela se traduit par le cadmium chalcogénure NCs avec fin de chalcogénure argent très réactif facettes qui spontanément se fusionnent à entrer en contact avec mutuellement, créant ainsi une pièce jointe la facette-à-facette interparticulaires. Par le choix judicieux des concentrations des précurseurs, un vaste réseau de NCs liés peut être produit. La caractérisation structurale des NCs liés s’effectue via basse et haute résolution microscopie électronique à transmission (TEM), ainsi que de la spectroscopie de rayons x dispersive en énergie, qui confirment la présence de chalcogénure argent domaines entre les chaînes de cadmium chalcogénure NCs.

À l’aide de graines CdSe CdS NRs comme système modèle, comme illustré dans la Figure 1(a), nous avons démontré que nous pouvons utiliser un processus d’échange partiel Ag+ pour transformer spécifiquement les facettes à l’extrémité de la NR à Ag2S.
