Die gerichtete Montage der kolloidalen Halbleiter NCs bietet ein Syntheseweg zur Herstellung von Nanostrukturen, deren physikalisch-chemischen Eigenschaften entweder sind, die kollektive Summe von oder radikal anders aus ihrer individuellen NC Bausteine1 , 2 , 3 , 4. unter den verschiedenen Ansätzen zur Nanopartikel-Baugruppe, die Methode der orientierte Anlage - in welche NCs im wesentlichen miteinander verschmolzen sind - zeichnet sich als einer, der Oberflächenkräfte elektronische Kopplung ermöglicht. Konventionelle orientierte Anlage erfordert jedoch in der Regel die zarten Abwägung der Partikel Dipol - Liganden- und lösemittelhaltige Interaktionen, die in der Regel schwer zu führen und auf verschiedene NC-Systeme anwendbar zu machen.
Wir haben vor kurzem eine nass-chemische Methode kovalent verbinden Form anisotropen Kadmium Chalkogenid NCs durch die Einführung eines reaktiven anorganischen Zwischenprodukts durch einen Website-selektive Keimbildung Prozess entwickelt. Die Partikel werden anschließend durch die spontane Fusion der reaktiven anorganische zwischen Domänen5verknüpft. Obwohl die Technik noch auf eine orientierte Befestigungsmechanismus basiert, gibt es viel weniger Notwendigkeit, schwache interpartikuläre Interaktionen, wodurch für mehr Flexibilität und Kontrolle zu betrachten. Die Verknüpfung von Form-anisotropen Kadmium Chalkogenid NCs erfolgt durch Umwandlung ihrer Tipp-Facetten zu Silber Chalkogenid über einen teilweisen Kationenaustausch-Prozess (in Lösung); Danach ist die selektive Entfernung von Liganden, die Passivierung der Oberfläche. Die NCs vereinen sich dann über die Fusion der exponierten Silber Chalkogenid-Facetten in Versammlungen von Kadmium Chalkogenid NCs, die verknüpft sind durch End-to-End.
In diesem Protokoll zeigen wir, dass die Verknüpfung Technik auf eine Vielzahl von Form-anisotropen Kadmium Chalkogenid NCs (z. B. CdSe ausgesät CdS NRs und CdSe ausgesät CdSe NRs oder TPs), ertragreiche lange lineare NR Ketten oder stark verzweigten TP angewendet werden können Netzwerken. Diese Ergebnisse deuten darauf hin, dass die Technik auf eine Vielzahl von NC-Formen und Metall Chalkogeniden zugänglich Silber Kationenaustausch ausgedehnt werden kann.

facet-to-facet linking of shape-anisotropic colloidal cadmium chalcogenide nanostructures

Hier beschreiben wir ein Protokoll, das Form-anisotropen Kadmium Chalkogenid Nanokristalle (NCs), wie z. B. Laptops (NRs) und Tetrapoden (TPs), ermöglicht eine kovalent und ortspezifisch über ihren Ende Facetten verknüpft werden was in Polymer-ähnliche lineare oder verzweigte Ketten. Die Verknüpfung Verfahren beginnt mit einem Kationenaustausch Prozess, in dem die Ende Facetten der Cadmium-Chalkogenid NCs werden zuerst in Silber Chalkogenid umgewandelt. Danach ist die selektive Entfernung von Liganden an ihrer Oberfläche.
