وقد استخدمنا سابقا تباينات من هذا الأسلوب لإنشاء متغيرات الهروب إلى مابس البشرية ومورين التي يسببها اللقاح المضاد لفيروس الإنفلونزا الموسمية، والتلقيح H7N9، أو متسلسلة المؤتلف الحمض النووي/هكتار البروتين التطعيم4،5 ،،من67. كما هو موضح أعلاه، اتسمت أضداد أولاً في استخدام فحوصات مرحبا ودرياقي لإبلاغنا بأي بروتوكول محدد الاستمرار بالتالي4،5. الأجسام المضادة د 07-5 03، 07-5F01، 07-5 ز 01، 07-4B03، 07-4E02 و 07-4 د 05 وجد لها مرحبا وتحييد أنشطة مكافحة فيروس إنفلونزا الطيور H7N9 (A/شانغهاي/1/2013) (الجدول 1)، وهكذا كانت تستخدم بروتوكول 1 (الخطوة 2، 1). مابس مع تحييد هذا الافتقار إلى النشاط مرحبا، مثل 41-5E04، 045-051310-2B06، 042-100809-2F04 و S6-B01 (الجدول 1)، استخدمت البروتوكول 2 (الخطوة 2، 2) لإنشاء متغيرات الهروب. وكشفت الخرائط متحولة الهروب العديد من الأجسام المضادة التي تعترف البقايا الحرجة في مواقع متميزة على الفيروسية هكتار4،5 (الشكل 4). بينما غالبية الأجسام المضادة إيجابية مرحبا قد هربا من مخلفات المسخ قرب مواقع مستضدي تم الإبلاغ عنها سابقا من "إتش 7 هكتار"، الأجسام المضادة سالب مرحبا ولدت طفرات الإفلات مع الطفرات في ساق المنطقة4،5 .
