Synaptosomal dopamine opname en krachtige vloeibare chromatografie vertegenwoordigen experimentele analysetools te onderzoeken van dopamine homeostase in muizen door beoordeling van de functie van de dopamine transporter en niveaus van dopamine in striatale weefsel, respectievelijk. Hier presenteren we protocollen voor dopamine weefsel inhoud meten en beoordelen van de functionaliteit van de dopamine transporter.
