هنا، نحن التقرير باستخدام استراتيجية تعبير الصغيرة-الجيش الملكي النيبالي إينترونيك اصطناعي لتطوير غير تالف المؤتلف دينسوفيروس (آيدف) بعوض الزاعجة المصرية في فيفو نظام التسليم. ويرد وصف إجراءات مفصلة للبناء والتغليف والتحليل الكمي لناقلات رايدف، والإصابة بعدوى اليرقات.
وتوضح هذه الدراسة، للمرة الأولى، إمكانية وضع غير تالف المؤتلف MDV الصغرى الحمض النووي الريبي (ميرنا) تعبير نظام، وهكذا يوفر أداة قوية للتحليل الوظيفي للجينات في البعوض ووضع أساس تطبيق باراترانسجينيسيس الفيروسية للسيطرة على الأمراض التي ينقلها البعوض. أظهرنا أن Aedes albopictus 1st الطور اليرقات يمكن أن تكون مصابة بسهولة وفعالية بإدخال الفيروس في الجسم المياه من اليرقات تربية الموقع وأن رايدفس المتقدمة يمكن أن تستخدم أوفيريكسبريس أو هدم تعبير الجينات المستهدفة المحددة في يرقات، توفير أداة للتحليل الوظيفي للبعوض الجينات.
