症例人工イントロン小さな RNA 発現戦略を使用して良品組換えネッタイシマカdensovirus (AaeDV)生体内での配信システムを開発します。建設、包装、rAaeDV ベクトルの定量的解析と幼虫の感染症のための詳細な手順を示します。
本研究に留まらず、初めて、良品組換え MDV マイクロ RNA (miRNA) 式システムを開発、蚊の遺伝子の機能解析のための強力なツールを提供するのための基礎を確立、ウイルス paratransgenesis 蚊媒介疾患を制御するためのアプリケーションです。我々 は、ヒトスジシマカ1st幼虫が簡単かつ効果的に感染するサイト、幼虫の水体にウイルスを導入してとノザンまたは倒すため開発 rAaeDVs が実証、幼虫は、蚊の機能解析のツールを提供する遺伝子の特定のターゲット遺伝子の表現。
