Hier beschrijven we een gemeenschappelijke methode om chronische lever schade in muizen door het eten van een dieet van choline-deficiënte en ethionine-aangevuld (CDE). We tonen gezondheidsmonitoring, lever perfusie, isolatie en behoud. Een tijdsverloop van zes weken kan informeren over de lever schade, pathohistology, fibrose, inflammatoire, en lever progenitor cel reacties.
