השחלה הוא האיבר הראשי של מערכת הרבייה הנשית, חיוני לייצור של גמטות הנשי ולבקרה המערכת האנדוקרינית, אבל את מערכות היחסים המורכבות מבני תלת מימד (3D) להערכת ארכיטקטורות של השחלה מתוארים לא טוב. על מנת להמחיש את חיבורי 3D ואדריכלות של כלי הדם בשחלה ללא פגע, הצעד החשוב הראשון היא להפוך את השחלה שטיחות ברורה. כדי למנוע התכווצות של רקמות, היינו את הידרוג המבוסס על קיבוע בהירות פסיבי (החלפת השומנים נקה קשיח hybridized אקרילאמיד הידרוג רקמות הדמיה / Immunostaining/ב באתרו הכלאה-תואם) פרוטוקול השיטה כדי לנקות שחלה ללא פגע . Immunostaining קונפוקלית multiphoton מתקדמות, תמונות 3D-שחזורים ואז שימשו את הפריט החזותי של כלים השחלות נימים הזקיקים. באמצעות גישה זו, אנחנו הראו מתאם חיובי משמעותי (P < 0.01) בין האורך נימים הזקיקים, נפח של הקיר הזקיקים.

אנחנו ששולבו שיטת בהירות פסיבי שיטה מהירה ופשוטה השחלה פסיבי ניקוי תוך שמירה על האדריכלות הזקיקים ואת כלי הדם וקבלת ניאון האות הגבוה ביותר של סמנים שכותרתו של כלי זקיקים. הארכיטקטורה תלת-ממד של הזקיקים להערכת נקבע על-ידי immunostaining עבור CD31, סמן תאי אנדותל6. CD31 מ?...
