난소는 여성의 생식 시스템의 주요 기관 이다 하 고 여성 gametes의 생산에 대 한 복잡 한 구조 관계와 3 차원 (3D) 맥 관 구조 아키텍처의 내 분 비 시스템을 제어 하기 위한 필수적 이다는 난소는 잘 기술 된다. 3D 연결과 그대로 난소에 혈관의 아키텍처를 시각화 하기 위해 첫 번째 중요 한 단계는 광학 투명 난소를 만드는 것입니다. 피하 조직의 수축, 우리가 사용 하는 하이드로 겔 고정 기반 수동 선명도 (아크릴 때 교배 고정 취소 지질 교환 이미징 / Immunostaining/에서 제자리 교 잡-호환 조직 히드로) 메서드는 그대로 난소를 프로토콜 . Immunostaining, 고급 multiphoton confocal 현미경 검사 법, 그리고 3D 이미지 복원 다음 난소 혈관 및 소 낭 모양 모 세관의 시각화를 위해 사용 되었다. 이 방식을 사용 하 여, 우리는 상당한 긍정적인 상관 관계 보였다 (P < 0.01) follicular 벽의 볼륨과 follicular 모 세관의 길이 사이.
