在这项工作中, 偶氮薄膜是用 theRadio-频率 (RF) 溅射技术制备的。与其它技术相比, 射频溅射技术是一种高效的、可转移到工业中的工艺, 它是一种可靠的沉积技术, 允许合成高纯度、均匀、平滑、自可持续的偶氮薄膜生长大面积的基底。利用射频溅射沉积, 可以形成高质量的偶氮薄膜, 表现出高结晶性, 表面粗糙度降低。因此, 在随后的生长层中, 与溶胶-凝胶法制备的 ZnO 薄膜相比, 卢比的取向高度一致。利用该技术, 基于垂直定向的 ZnO NR 阵列的倒置小分子太阳能电池的四氯乙烯能达到6.01%。
