De meest kritische stap in het protocol is het mono-alkylphosphinic zuur synthese (Figuur 1een). In deze reactie is een hogere opbrengst en minder zure bijproduct van de dialkylphosphinic beter. Verhogen de molaire verhouding van NaH2PO2/olefin A zal verbeteren van het rendement en belemmeren de generatie van dialkylphosphinic zuur bijproduct. Een grote NaH2PO2 dosering zal echter ook verhoging van de kosten en een opzwepende probl...

Zure organofosforverbinding extractants worden veel gebruikt op het gebied van de traditionele hydrometallurgy voor extractie en afscheiding van de zeldzame aarde ionen1,2, non-ferro metalen (zoals Co/Ni3,4), zeldzame metalen) zoals Hf/Zr5, V6,7), actiniden8, enz. In de afgelopen jaren hebben ze ook meer aandacht op het gebied van recycling van secundaire bron en op hoog niveau vloeibaar afval9aangetrokken. Di-(2-ethylhexyl) fosforzuur (D2EHPA of P204), 2-ethylhexylphosphoric acid mono-2-ethylhexyl ester (EHEHPA, PC 88A of P507), en Di-(2,4, 4'-trimethylpentyl)-phosphinic zuur (Cyanex272), die zijn vertegenwoordigers van dialkylphosphoric zuren, mono-alkyl esters van alkylphosphoric, en dialkylphosphinic zuren respectievelijk, zijn de meest gebruikte extractants. Hun zuurgraad daalt in de volgende volgorde: P204 &#62; P507 &#62; Cyanex 272. De overeenkomstige extractie vermogen, extractie capaciteit en strippen zuurgraad zijn allemaal in de volgorde van P204 &#62; P507 &#62; Cyanex 272, en de prestaties van de scheiding is in de omgekeerde volgorde. Deze drie extractants zijn effectief in de meeste gevallen. Er zijn echter nog enkele voorwaarden waar ze niet zo efficiënt zijn: in zware zeldzame aardes scheiding, waarvan de bestaande hoofdproblemen de arme selectiviteit en hoge strippen zuurgraad voor P204 en P507 zijn, lage extractie capaciteit, en de neiging van de emulsie tijdens de extractie voor Cyanex 272. Zo heeft de ontwikkeling van nieuwe extractants meer aandacht getrokken in de afgelopen jaren.
De klasse van dialkylphosphinic zuur extractants wordt beschouwd als een van de belangrijkste aspecten van het onderzoek naar het ontwikkelen van nieuwe extractants. Recent onderzoek toonde aan dat het vermogen van de extractie van dialkylphosphinic zuren hangt grotendeels af van de structuur van de alkyl substituent10,11. Het kan zijn dat een breed scala van aanzienlijk hoger dan die van de P507 te verlagen dan die van Cyanex 27212. Echter, de verkenning van roman dialkylphosphinic zuur extractants is beperkt tot de commerciële olefine structuur10,12,13,14,15, 16. Hoewel dialkylphosphinic zuur extractants kan ook worden gesynthetiseerd door de Grignardreactie methode, zijn de reactie-voorwaarden strenge12,17.
NSDAPA, waarvan de twee alkyls verschillend zijn, opent een deur naar de verkenning van nieuwe extractants. Het maakt de structuren van dialkylphosphinic zuur diverser en de extractie en afscheiding prestaties kan worden verfijnd door aanpassing van beide zijn alkyl-structuren. PH-3 de traditionele synthetische methode van NSDAPA gebruikt als een bron van fosfor, die veel nadelen zoals hoge toxiciteit, strenge reactie voorwaarden en moeilijk zuivering heeft. Onlangs meldden wij een nieuwe methode voor het synthetiseren van NSDAPA met behulp van natrium hypophosphite zoals een fosfor source (Zie Figuur 1) en met succes gesynthetiseerd drie NSDAPAs18. Dit gedetailleerde protocol kan helpen nieuwe beoefenaars Herhaal de experimenten en meester van de synthetische methode van NSDAPA extractants. We nemen (2,3-dimethylbutyl) (2,4, 4'-trimethylpentyl) phosphinic zuur als voorbeeld. De namen en structuren van alkeengasnetwerken A, de tussenliggende mono-alkylphosphinic-zuur, olefine B en de bijbehorende NSDAPA staan in tabel 1.

synthesis of high purity nonsymmetric dialkylphosphinic acid extractants

We presenteren de synthese van (2,3-dimethylbutyl) (2,4, 4'-trimethylpentyl) phosphinic zuur als een voorbeeld om aan te tonen van een methode voor de synthese van hoge zuiverheid nonsymmetric dialkylphosphinic zuur extractants. Giftige natriumarm hypophosphite werd gekozen als de bron van fosfor inspelen met alkeengassen een (2,3-dimethyl-1-buteen) voor het genereren van een tussentijdse monoalkylphosphinic-zuur. Amantadine werd aangenomen als u wilt verwijderen van het dialkylphosphinic zuur bijproduct, aangezien alleen het monoalkylphosphinic zuur met amantadine reageren kan te vormen van een amantadine∙mono-alkylphosphinic zuur zout, terwijl het dialkylphosphinic zuur kan niet reageren met amantadine wijten aan haar grote sterische hinder. Het gezuiverde monoalkylphosphinic zuur was dan reageerde met alkeengassen B (diisobutylene) van de opbrengst van de nonsymmetric dialkylphosphinic zuur (NSDAPA). Het zuur spoorverontreiniging monoalkylphosphinic kan gemakkelijk verwijderd worden door een eenvoudige zuur-base-nabehandeling en andere organische verontreinigingen uit kunnen worden gescheiden door de neerslag van het zout van kobalt. De structuur van de (2,3-dimethylbutyl) (2,4, 4'-trimethylpentyl) phosphinic zuur werd bevestigd door 31P NMR, 1H NMR, ESI-MS en FT-IR. De zuiverheid werd bepaald door een potentiometrische titratie methode, en de resultaten wijzen erop dat de zuiverheid 96% kan overschrijden.
