Den menneskelige nethinde består af funktionelt og molekylært forskellige regioner, herunder fovea, gule plet og perifere retina. Her, beskriver vi en metode ved hjælp af punch biopsier og manuel fjernelse af væv lag fra en menneskelige øje at dissekere og indsamle disse særskilte retinal regioner for downstream proteom analyse.
