Transvers aort daralma (TAC) farelerde en sık kullanılan cerrahi teknikler basınç aşırı kaynaklı deneysel incelenmesi için kalp yetmezliği için sol ventrikül hipertrofisi (SVH) ve ilerlemesi biridir. Bildirilen araştırmalar çoğunluğu olarak, bu yordamı entübasyon ve havalandırma zorlu ve zaman alıcı işler ve hayvan için cerrahi yükü ekler hayvan ile gerçekleştirilir.
