mobile game-based virtual reality program for upper extremity stroke rehabilitation

뇌졸중 재활 치료를 반복, 집중, 목표 지향이 필요합니다. 가상 현실 (vr은) 이러한 요구 사항을 충족 하는. 게임에 기초를 둔 치료는 더 흥미롭고 동기 부여 도구로 재활 치료에 환자의 참여를 홍보할 수 있습니다. 스마트폰 및 태블릿 Pc 등의 모바일 장치는 개인된 홈 기반 치료 환자와 임상 사이의 쌍방향 통신을 제공할 수 있습니다. 이 연구에서는 게임 응용 프로그램을 사용 하 여 모바일 VR 상부 말단 재활 프로그램 개발 되었다. 연구에서 결과 보여 모바일 게임 기반 VR 프로그램 효과적으로 뇌졸중 환자에서 상부 말단 복구를 촉진. 또한, 환자 부작용 없이 프로그램을 사용 하 여 치료의 2 주를 완료 하 고 프로그램에 일반적으로 만족 했다. 이 모바일 게임-VR 상부 말단 재활 프로그램을 기반으로 일대일 직업 치료사에 의해 배달 되는 전통적인 치료의 일부에 대 한 대체할 수 있습니다. 이 시간 효율적, 쉽게 임상적으로 효과적인 프로그램을 구현, 텔 레-뇌졸중 환자에서 상부 말단 복구에 대 한 재활에 대 한 좋은 도구가 될 것 이다. 환자와 치료사 수 공동 원격으로 이러한 e-헬스 재활 프로그램을 통해 경제적, 사회적 비용을 절감 하면서.

총 24 환자 등록 되었고 컨트롤 또는 실험 그룹 (표 1)에 할당 된. FMA-UE, B 단계에에서 큰 개선 및 수동 근육 테스트 모바일 게임 기반 VR 상부 말단 재활 프로그램 보다 기존의 치료 (그림 3)과 치료 후 발견 되었다. 효과 1 개월 후속까지 유지 되었다. 즉, MoU-재활 일대일 직업 치료사에 의해 전달 되는 기존의 치료에 열 등 했다.
