이 프로토콜 인간의 뇌 척추 액체 (CSF)에 내 인 성 펩 티 드를 식별 하기 위해 개발 하는 방법을 설명 합니다. 이 위해 이전 개발된 방법 분자량 컷오프 (MWCO) 여과에 기반 하 고 대량 spectrometric 분석 오프 라인 높은 pH 역 상 HPLC 사전 분류 단계와 결합 되었다.
