Bu iletişim kuralı endojen peptidler insan beyin-omurilik sıvısı (bos) tanımlamak için geliştirilmiş bir yöntem açıklanır. Bu amaçla daha önce gelişmiş bir yöntem molekül ağırlığı kesme (MWCO) filtrasyon üzerinde temel ve kitle spektrometrik analizi bir çevrimdışı yüksek pH ters faz HPLC ön ayırma adım ile kombine edildi.
