Pronuclear (PN) injektion af den grupperede regelmæssigt interspaced korte palindromiske gentagelser (CRISPR) og CRISPR-forbundet protein-9 nukleasen (CRISPR/Cas9) system er en yderst effektiv metode til fremstilling af gensplejsede gyldne syriske hamstere. Heri, beskriver vi detaljeret PN injektion protokollen til produktion af genet knockout hamstere med CRISPR/Cas9-systemet.
