in vivo tracking of human adipose-derived mesenchymal stem cells in a rat knee osteoarthritis model with fluorescent lipophilic membrane dye

İnsan yağ elde edilen Mezenkimal Kök hücre (haMSC) tedavisinin klinik uygulama diz osteoartrit (KOA) desteklemek için hücre sebat etkinliği ve haMSCs hayvan modellerinde biodistribution inceledi. Lipofilik floresan boya ile haMSCs hücre membran etiketlemek için bir yöntem gösterdi. Daha sonra intra artiküler enjeksiyon cerrahi müdahale ile indüklenen KOA fareler etiketli hücre dinamik olarak görüntüleme sistemi bir vivo içinde tarafından izlenen. Lipofilik istihdam carbocyanines yaptım (DilC18 (5)), hangi üzerinden dokuları çevreleyen doğal yeşil autofluorescence uyarma önlemek için kırmızı bir lazer kullanmak bir far-red floresan Dil (dialkylcarbocyanines) analog,. Ayrıca, kırmızı kaymıştır emisyon spectra ile izin derin doku görüntüleme içinde canlı hayvan ve etiketleme işlemi sitotoksik efekt veya haMSCs fonksiyonel hasar yok neden.
