Männliche Wistar Ratten mit einem mittleren Gewicht 592 g (±50 SD) und mittleren Alter von 20 Wochen in Tierhaltungen bei einer Raumtemperatur von 22-24 ° C und zwölf Stunden hell/dunkel-Zyklus, mit untergebracht waren freien Zugang zu Leitungswasser und ein Pellet-Diät. Bioresorbierbare Stents und Tiermodellen In den letzten Jahren wurde der allgemeine Trend in der Medizin vom permanenten Implantate (die in den Körper des Patienten für den Rest ihres Lebens bleiben), Bio-resorbierbaren Materialien. Magnesium-Stents sind insbesondere Kardiologie8,9schon Recht gegründet. Leider sind diese Stents nicht noch für andere Anwendungen, wie z. B. zerebrovaskuläre Krankheiten getestet worden. Subarachnoidalblutung infolge eines geplatzten intrakraniellen Aneurysma ist verbunden mit einer hohen Sterblichkeitsrate und schlechte neurologische Ergebnis in viele Überlebende. Derzeit gibt es zwei grundsätzliche Ansätze, IA verdecken: entweder mikrochirurgische Clipping (die operative Belastung des Aneurysmas erfordert), oder endovaskuläre Okklusion. Die weniger invasive endovaskuläre Spule Behandlung von schmal-necked IA nachweislich etwas niedriger Morbidität (vor allem im hinteren Kreislauf1,2) zugeordnet werden, geworden endovaskuläre Behandlungsmöglichkeiten der bevorzugte Modalität der vielen neurochirurgischen Zentren. Zahlreiche Geräte wurden entwickelt, um Anhaltspunkte für endovaskuläre Behandlung verlängern und überwinden die wichtigste Einschränkung der IA Wiederauftreten nach aufrollen. Intrakranielle Stents sind besonders vielversprechend, diese Beschränkungen zu überwinden, wie sie als Gerüst für Neo-Endothelization dienen und Spule Bandscheibenvorfall Prävention, als auch die übergeordneten Arterie schützen und verbessern Intraluminal Intraaneurysmal Thrombose verursacht durch Reduzierung der Zufluss von Blut. Es muss eine neuartige intrakranielle Stents in einen low-cost Tiermodell zu studieren; makroskopischen und molekularen Ebene.
Das Ziel dieser Studie war eine sichere, schnelle und standardisierte OP-Technik für Stent-Anwendung in einem bereits etablierten saccular Aneurysm Model in Ratten3,4,5. Im vorliegenden Projekt haben wir die Rolle eines biologisch abbaubaren Magnesium Stents ausgewertet.

Der stetige Fortschritt in das Arsenal der Techniken für endovaskuläre Behandlung von intrakraniellen Aneurysmen erfordert erschwingliche und reproduzierbare experimentelle Tiermodellen, neuartige Embolisation Materialien wie Stents und Flow Diverter zu testen. Ziel des vorliegenden Projektes war es, eine sichere, schnelle, design und standardisierte OP-Technik für Stent unterstützt Embolisation der saccular Aneurysms in einem Tiermodell der Ratte.
Saccular Aneurysms entstanden aus einer arteriellen Transplantat aus der absteigenden Aorta. Die Aneurysmen waren mikrochirurgisch transplantierten durch End-Anastomose der Infrarenal Abdominal-Aorta von einem syngenic männliche Wistar Ratten mit einem Gewicht von > 500 g. Nach Aneurysma-Anastomose erfolgte Embolisation Aneurysma mittels Ballon erweiterbar Magnesium Stents (2,5 x 6 mm). Die Stentsystem war retrograde aus der unteren Bauchschlagader mit einer modifizierten Seldingertechnik-Technik eingeführt.
Nach einer Vorserie von 6 Tieren wurden insgesamt 67 Ratten nach etablierten Standardverfahren betrieben. Meine Operationszeit, mittlere Anastomose Zeit und bedeutet Nähen Mal von der Arterie Punktionsstelle wurden 167 ± 22 min, 26 ± 6 min und 11 ± 5 min, beziehungsweise. Die Ergebnisse zeigen die Machbarkeit der standardisierten Stent Okklusion saccular Seitenwand Aneurysmen in Ratten - mit günstigen Tarifen für Morbidität und Mortalität. Dieser Stent Embolisation Verfahren kombiniert die Möglichkeit, neue Konzepte des Stents zu studieren oder Flow Diverter basierte Geräte sowie die molekulare Aspekte des Heilens.
