Armamentarium teknikleri kafa içi Anevrizmalarının Endovasküler tedavisinde kullanılabilir sabit progess stent ve akış diverters gibi roman embolizasyon malzemeler test etmek için uygun fiyatlı ve reproducable deneysel hayvan modelleri gerektirir. Mevcut projenin amacı güvenli, hızlı, tasarımı oldu ve stent için standart Cerrahi teknik saccular Anevrizmalarının embolizasyon bir sıçan hayvan modelinde yardımcı oldu.
Saccular anevrizma inen aorta gelen bir arter greft dan oluşturulmuştur. Anevrizma microsurgically uç-yan anastomoz için bir syngenic erkek Wistar sıçan tartma infrarenal abdominal aort yoluyla nakledilen > 500 g. Anevrizma anastomoz, anevrizma embolizasyon balon Genişletilebilir magnezyum stent (2.5 mm x 6 mm) kullanılarak gerçekleştirildi.
