초 박막 구조 연구 광범위 하 게 사용 하기 위해 광학 코팅으로 하지만 성능 및 제조도 전에 남아 있다.  우리는 향상 된 특성을 가진 매우 얇은 컬러 필름 날조를 위한 고급 방법 제시. 제안 된 프로세스 큰 지역 처리 등 여러 제조 문제를 해결 합니다. 특히, 프로토콜 초박형 컬러 필름 전자 빔 증발 기를 사용 하 여 기울기 각도의 게르 마 늄 (Ge)과 금 (Au) 실리콘 (Si) 기판에 증 착에 대 한 조작에 대 한 프로세스를 설명 합니다.  기울기 각도 증 착으로 제작한 영화 다공성 초박형 필름에 색깔 변화를 유도 합니다. 색상 변경의 학위 증 착 각도 필름 두께 등의 요인에 따라 달라 집니다. 향상 된 색상 tunability 및 색상 순도 초박형 컬러 필름의 샘플을 조작. 또한, 조작된 샘플의 측정 된 반사율 반음계 값으로 변환 되었고 색상 측면에서 분석. 조작 방법은 우리의 초 박막 유연한 색상 전극, 박막 태양 전지, 광학 필터 등 다양 한 초 박막 응용 프로그램에 사용할 예정 이다. 또한, 여기 조작된 샘플의 색상 분석에 대 한 개발 과정은 광범위 하 게 다양 한 색상 구조를 공부 하 고 유용 합니다.
