18 男性と 5 女性患者がノーウッド ハミルトン分類スケールによって定められるようにステージ 5 ステージ 2 の MPHL を表示 21 70 歳を高齢者し、ステージ 1 ステージ 2 の FPHL ルートヴィヒ分類スケールによって決まりますと扱われた機械とA PRP の注入を制御します。AGA の診断は、病歴、trichoscopic 分析、負の髪引っ張りテスト、検査、尿検査と臨床評価が行われました。
AGA のステージは、ノーウッド ハミルトンそして Ludwig のスケールを使用して評価しました。すべてのこの研究に含まれている参加者は医療をおこなった医師専門皮膚科、再生プラスチック手術や脱毛症の 2 つの外科専門家。著者は、すべての患者のローカライズと全身の除外基準を考慮しました。全身の条件は、血液および/または血小板障害、抗凝固および/または antiaggregation 療法、敗血症、免疫抑制、癌、前 12 ヶ月の経口選択的 5 α-還元酵素阻害剤または抗アンドロゲンの使用で表されました。
